This role is based in the residential team and you will manage a mixed caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and lease extensions. A key part of the role will involve maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process, building strong relationships and ensuring transactions progress efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE along with solid residential conveyancing experience. You should be highly organised, able to manage multiple files at once and demonstrate excellent attention to detail alongside strong time management skills.
