The role offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility and the work is stimulating, diverse and genuinely engaging, with involvement in complex and high-profile matters, to include:
- Managing employment tribunal claims
- Advising on unfair and wrongful dismissal
- Redundancy and settlement agreements
- Handling discrimination and whistleblowing matters
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment and workplace policies
You should have excellent communications skills, a strong technical ability and a polished, professional manner. A commitment to exceptional client care is essential, along with the willingness to collaborate, share knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment.
