We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a Legal 500 private practice with a strong reputation for excellence in employment law. You'll take ownership of a diverse caseload, advising clients on everything from workplace disputes and restructures to tribunal litigation and TUPE matters. Alongside delivering high-quality legal advice, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen client relationships, contribute ideas and play an active role in the team's ongoing success and market presence. This is a role that blends autonomy with genuine support, giving you the freedom to grow while being backed by experienced colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in employment law, confident in managing matters independently and comfortable engaging directly with clients. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach are key, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit and approachable team.
