Although there is a preference for the role to be located in Norfolk, applications from candidates wishing to work from an alternative office in Cambridgeshire will be fully considered, ensuring the role can be shaped to suit the right individual.

One of the Directors within the team is due to retire within the next 15 months and this planned transition creates a genuine succession opportunity and the potential for the successful candidate to step into a senior position as the team evolves.
