This boutique law firm manages commercial property and private client work for HNW individuals and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. The firm work closely and in conjunction with a leading pension actuarial advisor and you will build retainable relationships, many of which being repeat business.
You will work in a small team who work collaboratively on transactions for multi-million pound properties, engaging with clients and other third parties to consider wealth management. You will understand the current changing business landscape, warehouse storage, technology developments and flexible working to support sustainability.
The broad spectrum of property includes private office, serviced office, retail and leisure sectors. Managing high value stores and office space nationally, your work will have a bias towards lease work and will include:
- Sales & purchases
- Landlord & Tennant matters
- Portfolio management
- Commercial occupiers
We are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, familiar in providing pragmatic and commercial advice to clients and who has a wealth of experience in commercial property work with at least 8+ PQE.
