We are recruiting an experienced residential conveyancer to take on a centralised position within a growing conveyancing function. Rather than managing your own caseload, you will act as a technical cornerstone for the wider team, providing early-stage legal insight that shapes the direction and efficiency of every transaction.
From the outset of each matter, you will conduct in-depth title investigations, producing clear and commercially focused reports that flag key issues, risks and lender considerations. Your input will empower fee earners to move files forward with clarity, reducing delays and strengthening risk management across the board.
Working alongside a dedicated team, you will play an integral role in reviewing and advising on enquiries, promoting a consistent and high-standard approach to title analysis throughout the department. Your ability to interpret complex title documentation, ranging from leases and plans to covenants, easements, and restrictions, will be essential in guiding colleagues through more complex matters.
We are seeking someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing who thrives on the detail and enjoys problem-solving at a technical level. You'll be confident working autonomously, highly organised and skilled at translating complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance for others.
