We are seeking a Solicitor to join the commercial team for our client, a very successful Legal 500, who require someone, ideally up to 5 years PQE, who enjoys working on corporate transactions and shareholder matters.
The firm have good quality work, from their reputation and industry presence, and with lots of connections the referral work is very interesting from family run businesses to large corporate city firms. You will have not only broad exposure in your career to date, key will be your communication skills with clients and guiding them through complex matters and co-ordinating robust and clear shareholder agreements.
The work is non-contentious and will include mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales, restructures and associated transactions, joint ventures, LLPs, partnerships, and corporate finance. There is also on occasion additional support across the firm's commercial property department and supporting on commercial matters and questions that arise.
The role is client facing and will offer you the opportunity to work with a selection of industry names and interact with the firm's marketing department to raise your profile in this sector.
