We are working with a firm who offer excellent processes to their conveyancing services and this is a position aimed to capitalise on strong technical skills in the legal intricacies of Conveyancing.
You will oversee your own team of Paralegals who will undertake all the non-legal aspects of the job, manage client and stakeholder interactions, freeing you up to deal with all the enquiries and transactional matters, and on completion you will receive monthly commissions.
This is an office-based role, working for a firm who have streamlined their services ensuring their clients receive a highly technical and quicker service which is seeking more instruction through very good testimonials and enhancing their reputation.
This is a large team, in a well-established legal firm with multiple offices.
To be considered you will have experiences across freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. You will demonstrate superb technical skills and the ability to motivate and engage with your paralegals team.
