Our client is a Legal 500 with multiple offices across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, who offer a variety of legal services, both to corporate and individuals. We are seeking a Commercial Property Fee Earner to manage non-contentious matters and be involved with the growth of the department.
This is a modern firm with good processes in place. Taking over from a long term locum, you will be supported by a Legal Assistant and be involved with bringing long term stability to the department. The work will include:
- Business Acquisitions & Disposals
- Leasehold Land
- Property Development
- Finance & Security
- Infrastructure & Utilities
