Our client is offering an opportunity to ensure their clients have the best commercial contract advice to run their operations, and we are seeking a fee earner who can work alongside the Company Commercial team and support contracts across high value clients, including M&A matters, Shareholder Agreements and corporate restructures.
The role will be to provide the right advice and reduce risk to protect the clients' interests. We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive, who is a clear communicator and able to explain complex matters to a variety of audiences to help them understand the legal jargon, focus on practical steps and help manage legal agreements. Much of the work will be connected to customer agreements, and procurement terms, as well as other legal complications such as consumer, data, IP and competition law.
This is a role requiring good negotiation skills, and it comes with legal assistant support, however, you will be someone who is good at drafting contracts and can demonstrate acute attention to the detail.
Due to the caseload size, the role is being offered as a part time opportunity for a fee earner and for someone looking for career growth, and there is scope in the longer term to manage and grow the department.
