We're looking for the next rising star in commercial property law to join a busy commercial property team. Whether you're newly qualified or approaching qualification, this is an opportunity to accelerate your career within one of the region's most established and forward-thinking firms.
This is far more than a traditional junior solicitor role. You'll work on a diverse and engaging mix of commercial property matters, from landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, to specialist areas including enfranchisement and lease extension matters. The team is particularly well known for advising chalet park operators, independent breweries and free houses, offering exposure to clients and sectors that make the work genuinely interesting and commercially rewarding.
From day one, you'll be trusted with meaningful responsibility while receiving the support and mentorship needed to develop into a confident commercial property lawyer. You'll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues on high-value and complex transactions, while steadily building your own caseload, technical expertise and long-term client relationships.
The firm has evolved into a modern, people-focused practice that combines exceptional client service with a genuinely supportive culture. Professional development is actively encouraged and ambitious lawyers are given the tools, training and opportunities to progress.
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised and eager to learn and enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent client care and wants to grow within a collaborative team environment.
In return, you'll benefit from high-quality work, structured supervision, ongoing development opportunities, flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary and benefits package.
