This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a successful and growing regional law firm with an excellent reputation across Essex. The role will involve managing a broad range of commercial disputes for an established client base, including SMEs, business owners and high-net-worth individuals. You will advise on:

  • Shareholder, director and partnership disputes
  • Commercial contract disputes
  • Breach of warranty claims
  • Business and asset sale disputes
  • Commercial property litigation
