A highly regarded and growing Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its successful and collaborative team. There is also scope to consider an experienced paralegal who boasts experience in Property Litigation matters also.
Working in an established and professional team who work collaboratively, the work is of a very good quality, and the senior fee earners will be very open to supporting your continued career development and sharing more complex matters for you to get involved with.
This is a busy team that is expanding where you will be involved with client meetings immediately enabling you to build relationships and also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of contentious property matters. The work is varied, stimulating and includes:
- Property Litigation
- Enfranchisement
- Advising landlords, property owners and management companies
- Restrictive covenant breaches and claims
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Lease renewals, extensions and enfranchisement
- Land Registry and boundary disputes
- Possession claims and other property-related litigation
- Management company and asset management work
The team is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded individual who already has experience handling or assisting with property litigation matters and is keen to broaden their expertise.
