As a key member of the department, you will be at the heart of the conveyancing process, helping clients navigate one of life's biggest milestones. From the moment a new matter is opened through to completion, you'll play an integral role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly and with the highest levels of client care.
Working closely with an experienced team, you'll manage a varied range of responsibilities, including client onboarding, ID and proof of funds verification, new-build transaction administration, property searches, completion statements, SDLT and Land Registry documentation, and LISA and Help to Buy ISA withdrawals. You'll also liaise daily with clients, developers, brokers and third parties, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout the transaction journey.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and previous experience supporting multiple fee earners within a property environment will be essential.
