This is a boutique modern legal firm, based in Luton, and looking for a Litigator to join their established team and work alongside the Senior Litigator, managing fee earning work with little supervision. Ideally we are seeking someone from 2 - 5 years year PQE upwards, who enjoys their work and has aspirations for promotion in the longer term as the firm is looking at longer term succession planning.
The disputes team act for a mix of clients and you will provide practical advice to companies and individuals on the best way forward in trying to resolve disputes. The variety of work will make for an interesting caseload and will include dealing with a broad range of civil, commercial and contentious probate matters, and you can expect hands-on involvement and an unrivalled level of client contact that will allow you to develop your litigious experience. In addition, you will receive secretarial and paralegal support to help assist you within this role.
Proven experience in handling a mixed litigation caseload and being able to deliver succinct quality advice to your clients is essential for this role.
