A well-regarded and growing law firm in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with approximately 2-3 years' PQE to join its friendly and supportive team.

The successful candidate will assist with and manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters from instruction through to post-completion to include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Transfers of Equity
- Help to Buy
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Preparing client care documentation and onboarding new clients
- Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
- Reviewing title documents and search results
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Reporting to clients on key aspects of transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and third parties
- Assisting with exchanges and completions
- Handling post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications
- Maintaining accurate file records using the firm's case management system
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures
- Supporting the wider property team and contributing to excellent client service
We are keen to speak with candidates who have gained around 2-3 years' post-qualification experience within residential conveyancing, although all levels of experience will be considered.
