Our client has numerous offices in Buckinghamshire and a strong reputation with the introducers due to their efficient services and solid fee structure. This is a senior role, for a firm that is seeking growth, and offer an established and friendly team structure, with processes to reduce risk and aid regulation.

As a confident conveyancing professional who enjoys managing a varied caseload, building client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of a modern and ambitious practice, you will manage files from instruction through to post completion. Your experience will be across a variety of properties, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Transfers of Equity
  • New build purchases
  • Help to Buy loan repayments

The position gives you complete control over your files, handing all aspects from drafting and preparing documents, raising and answering enquiries from searches, reviewing titles, liaison with introducers, clients and other third parties, reading complex mortgage offers and executing deeds. We are seeking an organised individual, able to manage a caseload handling exchanges, completions and other post completion matters to include land registration.

Working in a department of fee earners and support staff who are at different levels of their careers, this is a senior role which will incorporate supporting on business development initiatives, a commercial mind to consider revenues and working with the Head of Dept on developments and improvements within the team.

This is a role where you will meet your clients to discuss matters and to build retainable and long-term relationships. The firm's fee structure is competitive and part of the success is a caseload that is manageable and gives the fee earners control over their own files. Whilst there is some support, we are seeking people who enjoy the responsibility of managing their own file. The firm are modern and have a good CMS and robust processes.
