An expanding Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a paralegal to join its busy Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious paralegal who has gained exposure to property litigation matters and is looking to develop their expertise within a highly regarded practice.
You will work closely with the Head of Practice on a varied and interesting caseload, receiving ongoing support and mentorship while having responsibility for taking on some of your own client matters. The team advises a diverse client base, including landlords, tenants, property owners, management companies and developers, across a broad range of contentious property issues. You will assist with files to include:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals and extensions
- Possession proceedings
- Boundary disputes
- Restrictive covenant issues
- Enfranchisement matters
- Other property-related litigation
