Our client is going through a period of growth and we are seeking two fee earners to join the established department made up of 10 fee earners, and very good support staff, a mix of paralegals and residential secretaries. The work is being introduced through a network of estate agents, IFAs, through repeat business and recommendations and there is a need to take on experienced fee earners who can manage their own caseload with minimum supervision.
The firm's processes are efficient, you will be involved with all fee earning work and your assistants will manage registration packs, searches, day to day client calls and within the team there is a specialist who manages all post completion matters. The caseload is mixed and will include both sales and purchase across freehold and leasehold properties, from shared ownership up to multi-million pound properties and second homes for wealthy client.
