Our client is an established High Street Private Practice, currently seeking a fee earner with scope to extend the budget to a Manager in their busy residential property team. Dealing with the day-to-day responsibilities of a varied caseload and minimum supervision, the role is open to a Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers to manage files, client relationships and work with a network of introducers. The work will span:
- Freehold and Leasehold
- Sales & Purchases
- Properties from Shared Ownership to £2 million
This is a friendly office, and the position comes with residential assistance, secretarial support, own office and parking. Key skills and attributes will be someone organised, and happy to take responsibility for AML checking, raising and answering enquiries, ensuring due diligence across searches and transactions, as well as always ensuring delivery of good customer services.
This is an opportunity for someone to come into the department at a more senior level and take the lead to develop the property department further. The firm have good processes in place and use LEAP, and they have the luxury of a good network for locum cover for holiday periods.
