Experienced in dispute resolution specific to property matters, you will take over an up to date caseload, and have paralegal support across a variety of disputes to include:
- Advising landlords, owners and management companies
- Covenant breaches and claims
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Lease renewals, extensions and enfranchisement
- Land Registry and boundary disputes
In this Partner-led department, you will have the opportunity to raise your profile within the industry, attend breakfast meetings and work across other departments for referrals.
