We are seeking a paralegal to join a well-established and successful private client team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work closely with experienced lawyers on a wide range of Court of Protection and personal affairs matters, gaining hands-on exposure to complex, sensitive and highly rewarding work.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to lawyers, assisting with the management of Court of Protection files from instruction through to conclusion. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, families, medical professionals and other third parties, preparing and drafting documentation for court applications, managing correspondence and assisting with ongoing case administration. You will play an integral part in ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and with the highest level of care and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Court of Protection work and be well-organised and able to manage a varied caseload while working collaboratively within a team. A genuine interest in Court of Protection matters and a desire to continue developing your expertise in this area are essential.
