Looking for a role where your expertise will be valued, your ideas listened to and your impact genuinely recognised?

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a successful, forward-thinking law firm where you'll work closely with the firm's leadership team. You'll have the autonomy to drive best practice, strengthen compliance frameworks, improve operational processes and ensure the firm continues to deliver outstanding service to its clients. If you enjoy influencing positive change rather than simply maintaining the status quo, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the heart of the firm's operations, taking ownership of:

  • Ensuring compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations
  • Supporting the COLP and COFA on regulatory and risk matters
  • Developing and enhancing compliance policies and procedures
  • Keeping the firm ahead of regulatory developments
  • Conducting file audits and compliance reviews
  • Overseeing AML, GDPR and wider regulatory obligations
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies
  • Supporting wider operational, HR and practice management initiatives

About You
You'll already have experience in legal compliance, risk or practice management and be confident navigating the regulatory landscape within a law firm. More importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping the practice thrive. You'll bring a proactive mindset, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues at every level.

Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to join a firm where your contribution won't go unnoticed. You'll be trusted, supported and empowered to make meaningful improvements while developing your own career in a stable and ambitious environment.

What's on offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • A senior, influential position within the firm
  • The opportunity to drive positive change and continuous improvement
  • Genuine long-term career prospects

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and want to join a firm where compliance is seen as a strategic function - not just a regulatory requirement - send your CV to kingsley@bwflegal.co.uk or contact Kingsley Raffael on 01279 464455 for a confidential discussion.
