We are seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected law firm that prides itself on combining expert legal knowledge with a personal, commercially focused approach.
You will be joining a successful team that works with a diverse range of clients, from ambitious entrepreneurs and growing SMEs to established businesses. The role offers genuine variety, giving you the opportunity to advise on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters while helping clients navigate important decisions, achieve their objectives and drive their businesses forward.
This is a role for a solicitor who wants to be close to their clients and play a key part in their success. You will have the autonomy to manage your own matters, develop strong relationships and provide advice that delivers real commercial value. Supported by an experienced and collaborative team, you will be encouraged to share ideas, develop your expertise and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Corporate & Commercial law, strong technical ability, and a genuine interest in understanding the commercial needs of clients. You will be commercially minded, confident dealing with clients, and motivated by the opportunity to build a successful long-term career within a respected regional practice.
Our client offers an environment where people are valued, supported and given the opportunity to thrive. You will benefit from high-quality work, a friendly and approachable team culture, career development opportunities and the chance to make a genuine impact within a growing firm.
If you are ready to take the next step in your career and join a firm where your contribution will be recognised and your work will truly matter, we would love to hear from you.
