This is an established and polished team of employment experts who manage a diverse client portfolio of small to medium sized enterprises up to large FTSE companies.

You will work with HR professionals and senior executives on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering strategic legal advice while contributing to the continued growth and success of the team. The work will include:

  • Providing strategic and practical advice on employment contracts, workplace policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and day-to-day HR matters.
  • Managing complex employment tribunal litigation, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and redundancy claims.
  • Advising on business restructures, TUPE transfers and wider workforce planning projects.
  • Building trusted relationships with employers, HR professionals and senior executives.
  • Supporting business development through networking, thought leadership and developing new client opportunities.

This is a career advancing role, working in a collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to attend seminars, develop your network, work collaboratively across other departments, and always provide legal advice in all the clients best interests whilst raising your own industry profile. The firm's benefits package is extensive and highly competitive against similar firms and includes hybrid working, free parking, healthcare, wellbeing initiatives and discounts against legal services, as well as protection benefits and complete career support and personal development.
