This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer to join a supportive and collaborative environment and applications are equally welcomed from more experienced Wills, Trust & Probate lawyers seeking the flexibility of part time work on a 3-4 day working week.
This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, managing your own caseload while working closely with the Head of Department on a broad range of private client matters. You'll advise individuals and families on:
- Wills
- Estate Administration
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Deeds of Variation
- Contentious Probate
The firm is looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a personable and compassionate approach. You'll be confident running your own files, have excellent organisational and communication skills, and enjoy building lasting client relationships.
