We are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to become a key member of a busy team, working within a dynamic law firm. Whether you're feeling restricted in your current role, looking for greater autonomy or seeking a platform that will support your long-term career aspirations, this position offers the chance to work on high quality matters while helping shape the future of a growing department.
You'll advise an impressive portfolio of developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and corporate clients on a broad range of high-value commercial property transactions. From complex acquisitions and disposals to development projects, landlord and tenant matters and strategic portfolio work, you'll handle stimulating, commercially focused instructions that will challenge and develop your expertise while allowing you to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
You'll work alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment where your input is valued and you'll have the opportunity to play an influential role in the continued growth of the Real Estate team. For those with leadership ambitions, there is genuine scope to mentor junior lawyers, strengthen client relationships and help drive the department's strategic direction.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE in real estate, capable of managing complex transactions with confidence and providing commercially astute advice to a sophisticated client base. Strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service are essential, while previous involvement in business development or mentoring would be viewed favourably.
In return, you'll join a firm that understands the importance of investing in its people. Alongside a competitive salary and discretionary bonus, you'll enjoy hybrid/flexible working, excellent benefits, generous annual leave, ongoing professional development and a culture that encourages innovation and long-term career progression.
