The role offers exposure to a broad range of complex commercial property work for an established client base. You'll advise on acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters and strategic real estate transactions, delivering commercially focused advice that helps clients achieve their objectives. You'll also work closely with Partners on larger projects, providing an excellent platform to enhance your profile within the firm and the wider market.
You'll play an important part in the continued growth of the team. You'll supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contribute to client pitches and business development initiatives, strengthen existing client relationships and help identify new opportunities to expand the practice. This is a role for someone who enjoys being involved in the bigger picture and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the future success of the department.
