You'll advise clients across a broad range of privately funded and Legal Aid matters, including relationship breakdown, financial disputes, child arrangements, domestic abuse, and pre and post-nuptial agreements. Experience of Legal Aid work is essential, while knowledge of Public Law Children matters or advocacy experience would be an advantage.
This is a role where you'll be trusted to manage your own caseload while benefiting from dedicated secretarial assistance and a collaborative working culture. To be successful, you should have a strong foundation in family law and practical experience in handling Legal Aid cases. Confidence in advocacy would be a significant advantage and familiarity with Public Law Childcare matters would be highly beneficial.
