Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a busy Dispute Resolution team. Working closely alongside the Head of Litigation, you will play an important role in supporting the continued growth and development of the department while building your own varied caseload. You'll enjoy exposure to a broad range of contentious matters, including breach of contract claims, landlord and tenant disputes, neighbour disputes, property litigation, debt recovery and general civil litigation. The role offers a strong balance of autonomy and support, allowing you to develop your technical expertise while working within an experienced and collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PQE and be keen to develop their career within a forward-thinking practice. You should be organised, confident in handling your own matters and motivated to contribute to the ongoing success of the Litigation Department.
