We are recruiting on behalf of a successful, ambitious and growing niche property law firm. They are known for delivering a modern, high-quality service and are keen to continue to set new levels of service for a broad range of clients. They are now seeking a proactive Marketing and Client Services Assistant to join their team on a fully remote basis.
Role Overview
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will support the firm across the full promotional mix. This dynamic role splits your time between creative marketing initiatives and managing the front-end client journey. You will act as the key point of contact for new digital leads, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Digital Media: Assist the Marketing Manager in creating compelling website content, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Social Media & SEO: Help execute targeted campaigns and monitor basic SEO performance to boost digital visibility.
- Lead Management: Monitor and manage incoming client enquiries via the firm's website and digital channels.
- CRM Tracking: Log and update prospective client data within the firm's CRM system to optimise lead conversion.
Requirements
- Education: A degree in Marketing (or an equivalent professional qualification).
- Sector Experience: Previous experience working within a law firm or an estate agency is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, basic SEO principles, and CRM software.
- Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
