You will manage your own files dealing with service charge and ground rent disputes where you will manage a variety of claims and negotiate settlement. We are seeking someone familiar with possession matters, superb attention to detail and experienced in reviewing and evaluating claims. Dealing with both agents and clients, you will explain complex covenant breaches and progress matters in line with county court procedures and timeframes.
We are interested to hear from fee earners who are comfortable providing Landlord and Tenant advice. The work environment is modern, collaborative and the budget is open to consider someone from NQ through to a Senior Associate where additional responsibilities will include support and supervision of more junior members of the team.
