Working in a team you will support on researching and drafting agreements across a number of legal matters, including:
- Commercial contracts

- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Buy-outs and takeovers
- Joint ventures and strategic alliances
- Equity financing/borrowing/Lending
- Start-ups
- Restructures
