This is an independent private practice who are going through an exciting stage of growth and are looking to appoint a Senior Property Solicitor who can play a central role in developing the firm's property offering across both Residential and Commercial matters.
The firm have been working in this area of law for some time, but are now seeking an influential fee earner who has leadership qualities and is able to develop both fee earning work and the department.
You'll handle a high-quality and varied caseload across both residential and commercial property, advising clients from instruction through to completion. You'll build relationships with clients, agents and other professionals, while also becoming a key point of contact within the firm for property matters. You will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the property department, establish strong processes and ways of working, develop client relationships and, over time, play an important part in building a wider property team around them.
We're looking for someone with the experience and confidence to deal with their own matters autonomously, exercise sound commercial judgement and deliver a consistently high level of client service. The opportunity to build something of your own within a successful legal practice is a major part of the appeal.
