We are working with an ambitious, forward-thinking boutique law firm in London that is redefining the property legal experience. With the client at the centre of everything they do, they are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can combine excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive, commercial approach.
The Role
You'll sit at the heart of the firm's client journey, taking ownership of new enquiries from the moment they arrive. Whether speaking to a prospective client on the phone or responding to an email, you'll make sure every interaction is professional and personable. You'll build trusted relationships with clients, referrers, agents and contacts of the firm, while keeping enquiries moving through timely follow-ups and accurate CRM management.
You'll also play a role in the firm's commercial performance, supporting quotes, pricing and enquiry conversion and helping identify ways to improve the journey from initial enquiry to instruction. There is a strong business development element too. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you'll get involved in campaigns, networking, events and relationship-building initiatives that help grow the firm's reputation and generate new opportunities.
Most importantly, this is a role where you can make your mark. You'll be encouraged to challenge existing processes, suggest improvements and contribute ideas that enhance the client experience and support the firm's growth.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of the property market and conveyancing process
- Experience managing client enquiries and relationships through to instruction
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and accurate record keeping
- An understanding of sales, lead conversion and business development
