This is a highly regarding legal firm who are seeking a Childcare Solicitor who is a Panel Member to join the Care Department, a friendly collaborative team of qualified solicitors and support staff.
Managing a busy and complex caseload, you will provide calm legal guidance to your clients, many of which will be under extreme stress and upset and we are seeking someone who can demonstrate empathy and clarity. Working across Bedfordshire and attending Family Court, you will demonstrate experience of the CMS portal and manage your own advocacy. This is a client facing role where you will always consider the welfare of children. This is a difficult caseload around neglect, mental health, drug and alcohol addiction for UK and international jurisdictions.
As an experienced fee earner in this complex area of law, you will understand publicly funded work, supporting some of the most vulnerable members of society. You will represents clients through court hearings and manage Child Arrangement Orders, applications and enforcement procedures. The firm have a very good CMS to help with workflow and ensure you keep billings and payments up to date.
