This long-established law firm is seeing an increase in civil litigation matters, they have a very good reputations and are seeking a Litigator to join the growing team.
This position will offer collaboration, training and development for someone to work unsupervised, but to also gain exposure on more complex cases. We are seeking a fee earner who can build long term relationships with clients and guide them through difficult claims processes offering support to resolve disputes when appropriate.
The caseload will be varied with clients being both individuals and businesses files to include a mix of:
Commercial litigation
Debt collection
Boundary and neighbour disputes
Landlords and tenants
Wills, inheritance issues and claims
