The firm have a superb reputation and are seeking a career minded paralegal or NQ - 1 year PQE experienced in litigation to work on fee earning matters in this friendly and supportive team. You will be able to take pride in your work and have the time to research and build relationships with clients at an early stage of joining the firm, and this will be a mix of SMEs to very large organisations. In this role, you will have a broad caseload of commercial litigation, and insolvency matters, including:
- Corporate insolvency
- Business mediation and arbitration
- Contract breaches, including sale of goods, theft of confidential information
- Debt recovery and Insolvency
- Intellectual property disputes
- Partnership and Shareholder LLP disputes
- Professional negligence
You will have the opportunity to develop your experience and in time take over your own files. The role offers variety and involvement to network, attend industry seminars, marketing and drafting articles also.
To be considered, you will have experience of litigation, bundle preparation, drafting letters and court notices, disclosure notices, drafting cost schedules as well as witness statements and be keen in your own personal development.
