The department has an established will bank, loyal client base and strong network of professional and local referrers, providing an excellent pipeline of work from the outset. The successful candidate will therefore have the opportunity to build on an existing platform and help shape the next stage of the department's growth.
The role will involve managing a varied caseload across Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Estate Planning, with dedicated administrative support already in place. This allows you to focus on delivering high-quality advice, developing client relationships and building referral networks. As the department continues to grow, there will also be scope to recruit additional paralegal and fee-earning support.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with a commercial and entrepreneurial approach, together with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care. The role would suit someone who is keen to make a visible contribution and develop their career within a modern, supportive practice.
