You will take ownership of your domestic conveyancing matters providing clear and practical advice to clients while ensuring transactions are progressed to a high standard. The caseload will provide plenty of variety and will come with excellent admin and IT support and will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and Leasehold
- Remortgages
- Shared Ownership
- Right to Buy
- Transfers of equity
The firm enjoy excellent relationships with many of the local and national agents and lenders across the county that allows for a good retention of repeat instructions and will allow the successful applicant to benefit from these longstanding relationships.
