We are seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established team at an expanding high street law firm who have built an enviable reputation across Hertfordshire and Greater London, supported by strong relationships with local estate agents, lenders and other professional contacts.
The conveyancing team is busy, and made up of fee earners and support staff at different levels of their careers. As the manager, you will take responsibility for your own caseload, support the team with workflow, processes and upskilling to help meet financial targets whilst delivering high-quality services reflecting in good testimonials. Your day to day client work will include managing matters across a varied caseload:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Residential sales and purchases
- New-build properties
- Shared ownership matters
- Right to Buy
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity and lease extensions
To succeed in this role, you will combine strong commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail with sound technical knowledge of conveyancing, alongside a natural ability of leadership to qualify as a Manager or a Senior Conveyancer looking for an upwards career step. Key to your skillsets will be working with the introducers to develop long term retainable relationships through efficient and smooth conveyancing for clients.
