A leading legal practice is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join its established team. This is a hands-on role suited to a solicitor who is confident managing a varied caseload and advising both corporate and private clients on a range of immigration matters, including:
* Student and visitor applications
* Sponsor licence applications and related compliance
* Immigration matters affecting migrant employees
* Visa extensions and applications for settlement
* Indefinite Leave to Remain
Previous experience dealing with asylum, deportation, removals and EEA matters would also be highly desirable.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the department through business development, networking and developing lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' PQE in Immigration Law, together with a strong track record of independently managing cases from start to finish. Excellent client-care skills and the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly are essential, as are strong drafting, organisational, technical and IT skills.
