This is a role where you will have a caseload of files across Employment matters, a mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters. This role is within the firm's dispute resolution team which is Partner-led, and this role will specialise as being the HR support to the firm's clients and also for individuals who are seeking legal advice.
We are seeking someone who has at least two years post qualification experience and consideration will be given to Senior Associate level for an Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive who can manage their own files and provide advice across a range of employment matters, including:
- Contracts of employment and staff handbooks
- Redundancy, dismissal and settlement
- TUPE
- HR briefings on legislative changes/ACAS advice
Within the team, you will be fully supported and developed from working with a senior fee earner who has a wealth of employment experience. You will attend and support your clients at Tribunals, you will be a clear communicator who enjoys client liaison, building relationships and delivering excellent and high quality work as a fee earner. This is a role to strengthen the already established team, and will suit an ambitious and creative individual who is open to working collaboratively.
