This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Employment Solicitor / Lawyer to join a successful well-established legal practice with a strong commercial client base where you can apply your expertise and a play a key role in delivering an effective service.
In this position, you will primarily advise businesses on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentions employment matters, combining sound legal knowledge with a practical, solutions-driven approach. Your caseload will cover a variety of employment law issues, including:
- Drafting and advising on employment contracts and related documentation
- Supporting clients through disciplinary and grievance processes
- Providing advice on dismissals and redundancy situations
- Handling employment discrimination matters
- TUPE
- Negotiating and advising on settlement agreements
- Managing a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law cases
This role will see you forming part of the Commercial department where you will enjoy supporting them and their enviable client base in identifying practical ways to resolve all of their employment law needs.
