We are working with a well-established legal practice with multiple offices who are looking to appoint a senior Private Client Solicitor at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. This is a superb opportunity to join a progressive practice at an exciting stage of its development, where you will have the scope to shape the direction of the department, expand its client base and play a significant part in its future growth.
You will handle a diverse range of private client work, including wills, succession planning, inheritance tax, estate and tax planning, trusts, estate administration and Court of Protection matters. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will provide tailored advice to clients and contribute to the continued development of the team, combining technical expertise with a commercially focused approach.
A strong emphasis will be placed on business development and relationship management. You will be confident in identifying new opportunities, building referral networks and developing lasting relationships with clients. This role would suit a driven individual who enjoys taking the initiative, has a genuine interest in growing a practice and is keen to make a visible contribution at a senior level.
