Our client has four offices and services clients across Hertfordshire and Greater London, and we are seeking a Litigator to join a small department and manage enquiries from both civil and commercial clients, with a bias for property matters and at times overlapping probate disputes.
Managing a mixed caseload and being in a team where you will have support to develop your experience working with the Head of Dept on larger more complex cases, you will resolve matters arising across:
- Boundary Disputes
- Leases and renewals
- Advise on dilapidations
- Claims for non-payment of rent
- Land and tenant disputes
- Property disputes in probate
The position will require a good communicator, able to mediate and negotiate for settlement outside of hearings, but also able to support debt claims and disputes in court through own advocacy or through KC.
