We are working with a City firm who are looking to take on an experienced Private Client Lawyer to manage a complex and HNW caseload across all aspects of trust and estate planning.
The clients are generally London based, and to be considered you will have a wealth of experience to converse across domestic and international Private Client matters to include:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Probate
- LPAs
- Probate & Estate Management
The role will incorporate advice on assets protection, distribution and IHT, incorporating the benefits of off-shore trusts and associated UK and International Tax planning and tax havens. We are seeking someone who is commercially driven to also provide support and fee earning services to extended family, including Care Home fees, possible Bankruptcy, and divorce or separation relating to property and shares.
The role will require someone who is a clear communicator who can guide clients through complex matters with empathy, especially in dealing with tax planning after death, and mental capacity and legal conflicts that can occur outside the UK.
