Our client is a small private practice near Fulham/Chelsea, who manage a number of legal services across the firm, and are looking for an experienced residential property solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to take over and manage a mixed caseload of quality work with properties ranging from flats to multi-million pound family homes.
The position comes with the support of an experienced legal assistant, who will manage the diary, clients and agent interaction, onboarding, documents and post completion matters enabling you the time to ensure all AML, transaction and enquiries are given the time required.
You will take responsibility for transactional matters and ensure the conveyancing process runs smoothly. There is a caseload to be handled across approximately 50 - 60 files and three completions a week to include:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Right to buy Equity transfers
- Freehold and Leasehold
The position is a fee earning role with NO financial target, with focus on the client experience and customer services. There is a preference for the position to be office based, and there are very good transport links, in a supportive and friendly working culture that is traditional with good processes in place.
