This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer who is looking to take on an existing caseload working within an established commercial property department that boast a well-established team. You will undertake a high-quality workload and there is a very good support network in place which is why the team are so successful.
As a Commercial Property solicitor or legal executive, you will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters and one of the key elements of this role is the ability to work relatively unsupervised.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a wide range of commercial property matters to include:
- Acquisition and disposals
- Commercial leases
- Business lease renewals
- Estate development
Requirements
- You will likely have at least 4 years PQE within commercial real estate law
- Comfortable working with limited supervision
- You will be technically able and commercially minded
- Superb organisational skills and able to multi-task.
