Our client is a high street private practice with multiple offices round Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas, and they are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive to manage a caseload of good quality property work.
You will be able to manage your own files as a fee earner across:
- Sale and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Transfer of Equity
- Shared Ownership
- Re-Mortgage
Working on a mix of properties from new build to large listed buildings of historic value where your clients will be first time buyers, families and some HNW entrepreneurs. In this role, you will be a good communicator, able to build relationships easily with clients and introducers, and you will be replacing someone who has good connections in place and taking over a busy caseload. We are seeking an organised individual able to keep the conveyancing process on track from introduction to post completion.
Overseeing searches and raising and answering all enquiries, ensuring your clients have an understanding of their legal commitments you will be familiar leasing with estate agents and opposing conveyancers, as well as mortgage providers. The firm have a very good reputation, lots of referral work and you will be joining a respected team where you will be given the opportunity to nurture new referrals.
